EXT~}{SION AND ~ S~U~{ITY FCR ~RAC~ 13281
~AEAS, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
CalifoxT~a, has for its co~sideratic~ an I~ 1~ Extension
exeo/ted on August 18, 1993, by M.J. Brock & Sons, ~ted as developer,
for the ~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real pr~
specifically described therein, and generally located on the ~ corner
of Base Line Rd. and Rochester Ave~e and
~REAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
co~junction with the development of said Tract 13281 ~
WH~AFAS, said Imp~ A~reement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Im~xow~ent Security, which is identified
in said Improv~¥~nt Agreement Extension.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamo~ga,
California hereby resolves, that said /z~v~t Agreem~m~t Extension and said
I~ Security be and the same are bmreby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said I~0rowmm~t Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, ar~ the City Clerk to attest thereto.
