A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CU~NGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
FOR SIERRAMADRE STREET ]/4P~QV~I~ SOUTH OF 9TH STREET,
CONTRACT NO. 93-007, AND ~RIZING THE FILTNG OF A
NOTICE OF CC~PLETION FOR~4EWORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Sierra Madre
Street I~provements south of 9th Street, Contract No. 93-007, have been
completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 1993.
