A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF R/{E CITY OF RANCHO

EXT~I~SION AND IMPROVSM~Ff S~"URITY FOR THE J~RSEY
BOULEVARD RAILRDAD CROSSING
WHERFAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on July 7, 1993, by RCDC Associates as developer, for the improvement
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on Jersey Boulevard west of Milliken Avenue;
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Jersey Boulevard railroad crossing;
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvemmnt Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement B~3reement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVSD, and ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 1993.
