A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY ~ OF ~ CITY OF RANCID

IN~ P~C~YEL CLASSIFICATIONS AND SALARX AND
1993/94
~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuc~monga has
determined that it is necessary for the efficient operation and manag_~e~ ~_nt of
the City that ~olici~s be est~blishe~ ~rescribir~ salary ~, k~fits, and
holidays and other policies for employees of the City of Rancho O~m~nga; and
~EAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho O~maga recognizes
that it competes in a marketplace to obtain qualified personnel to perform and
provide n_~icipal services, and that cc~pensa~on and conditions of employment
must be sufficiently attractive to recruit and retain qualified employees;
~{~EAS, the City Council has approved the transfer of City lik~-ary
services from the County to the City;
NC~, ~{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
~ Cucamonga, California, as follows:
