A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
C73~GA, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING ~ CITY'S FISCAL YEAR
1993-94 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga City Council held a workshop to review
the appropriation requests for the fiscal year 1993-94, and;
WHEREAS, the Rancho Cucamonga City Council held a public hearing on
the General City Budget, and;
WHEREAS, the public hearing was published in a newspaper of general
circulation and held on June 17, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California does hereby resolve that a special session assembled this 17th day
of June 1993, as follows:
SECTION 1: Adoption of Fiscal Year 1993-94 Budget. The City of
Rancho Cucamonga's budget for the fiscal year 1993-94, on file in the office
of the Finance Officer, is hereby adopted in the amount of $57,560,520. ~
budget total includes appropriations for both the general and other special
purpose funds.
SECTION 2. Transfers of Funds Between and/or Within
Appropriations. The City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga may transfer
funds between funds or activities set forth in the budget. The City Manager
may transfer funds between appropriations within an appropriation as set forth
in the budget and may transfer appropritations between activities within any
fund.
SECTION 3: Transfers of Funds Between Funds. Transfers of funds
between funds as shown on the Fund Analysis shall be made as exl~_nditures
warrant such transfers.
SECTION 4: Disbursements. The City Manager and the Finance
Officer, or the duly designated representative, are hereby empowered and
authorized to disburse funds pursuant to appropritations provided for in the
1993-94 budget, and have the responsibility to estsblish procedures and to
administratively implement and control the budget on all matters, except
direct expenditures by Councilmemberswhichrequire Council approval.
Sf~3TION 5: AdditionalAppropriations. The City Councilmay amend
this budget to add or delete appropriations.
