A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMC~GA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEFIq/~G THE PUBILC I~°ROV~D~fS
FOR TRACT 12895 AND AUTHORIZING ~HE FILING OF A NOTICE OF
(I~4PLEPION FOR THE W~RK
R~{EREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12895 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cc~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~t~letion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 1993.
