A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
AGR~ FOR INSTAT.TATION OF A MASTER PLANNfD STORM
DRAIN FACILITY IN CONNECTION ~ DEVEIDPM~gT OF CUP 88-
46
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, ba~ for its consideration a Reimbursement Agreement sufm~tted by
Pioneer Bank, developer, for the installation of storm drain facilities frc~
Base T.ineRoadandconnecting said facilities to anexistingMa~terPlanStorm
Drain in HellmanAvenue; and
WHEREAS, the developer, at the developer's expense, b~ completed
said storm drain installation; and
WHEREAS, the developer, at the time of issuance of the building
permits, barn received fee credit from the drainage fees for the amount as
stipulated in said Reimbursement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO C~3CAMONGA,
HEREBY RESOLVES that said Rmimbursement Agreement be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Reingalrsement
Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to
attest hereto and cause said Agreement to record.
