A RESOI33TION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CAT IFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PRDP~TY

AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY c[.WRK TO SIGN ~HE SAME
WHERFAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on Feh~,~ry 21, 1979, to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuance; and
WHERFAS, installation of curb, gutter, pavement, drive approaches,
sidewalk, street lights, and street trees established as prerequisite to
issuance of building permit for 7712 Valle Vista has been met by entry into a
Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Rondal G. Allen,
Marilyn S. Allen, S. Todd Allen and Joy A. Allen.
NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVE to accept said Real Property Improvement Contract
and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and
directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 1993.
