A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMfkNGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROV~M~9~S
FOR THE MI~.T.TK~ UNDERPASS PRO3ECT, AS CC~PLErE AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF ~ON FOR THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the Milliken
Urns Project, located between sixth Street and Jersey Boulevard, have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPlOD this 2nd day Of June, 1993.
