A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
~GA, CAT,T~'C)RNIA DESIGNATING ~ M~4BERS OF THE
PIANNING (IIMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RANCHO ~GA AS
THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, Section 2.24.230 of Chapter 2.24 of Title 2 of the Rancho
Cucamonga Municipal Code enables the City Council to designate by resolution
the members of the Planning Commission as the Historic Preservation C~Lm~ssion
of the City; and
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga hereby designates the members of the Planning Cc~mission of
the City as the Historic Preservation C~m~ssion of the City effective July 1,
1993; and
NOW THEREFORE, be it further resolved, that Resolution No. 92-224 is
hereby repealed. The date, time and place of the meetings of the Historic
Preservation C~,m~ssion shall be the same as that established for the Planning
Cuz~ssion.
