A RESOI/3I~ON OF ~HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
EXT~SIONAND ~ S~CURITY FOR TRAC~ 12870
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on May 19, 1993, by Daly Homes as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the northeast corner of EtiwandaAvenueand
HighlandAvenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12870; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement B~3reement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement B~3reement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSMD, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1993.
