A RESOLUTION OF ~HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
AND /1MPRDV~]~qT SEC13RITY FOR 6864 Pr~IMANAV~FOE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, bnn for its consideration an Improvement Agreement by James R.
Perry of William PerrV Roofing as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacenttot he real property specifically describedtherein, and
generally located on 6864 HelLman Avenue (APN: 202-041-30), on the southwest
corner of HellmanAvenue and Pepperidge Lane, HellmanAvenue frontage; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Bz3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Secxlrity, which is identified in said
Improvement B~/reement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO ~
HEREBY RESOLVES that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement Security
be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Pancho Cucamonga, and the
City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1993.
