A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCID
CT~AMONGA, CALIFORNIA, SU~T4AR/~Y ORDERING THE VACATION OF
PORITONS OF R~D HILL OOUNTRY CLUB AND RANCHERIA DRIVES
WHEREAS, by Chapter 4, Article 1. Section 8334, of the Street and
Highway Code, the City C~uncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is authorized
to sunuuarilyvacateaportion of street easement asexcess right-of-way herein
moreparticularlydescribed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council found frc~n all the evidence sutmzitted that
said street easement is no longer required for street or highwaypurposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~HE CITY ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO ~GA,
CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOILOWS:
SECTION 1: The Council hereby makes its order vacating said street
easement as shown on Exhibit "B", Map V-125 on file in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, which has been further described in a
legal description which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by
reference made a part thereof.
SECTION 2: The subject vacation shall be subject to the reservations
and exceptions, if any, for existing utilities on record.
SECTION 3: That from and after this resolution is recorded, said
excess right-of-way no longer constitutes a street easement.
SECTION 4: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino county, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 1993.
