A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(5{O
~, CATIFORNIA, APPROVING R~U~URS~TAG~FF~T
FOR INSTAT~ATION OF A PORITON OF A MAST~R ~ STORM
DRAIN FACILITY IN CONNECTION ~ DEVELO~ OF TRACT
NO. 14866
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Reimbursement Agreement submitted by The Pennhill Company,
developer, for the installation of a portion of a Master Planned Storm Drain
Facility, located in Lemon Avenue from London Avenue easterlyto the Alta Imma
Channel, of TractNo. 14866; and
WHEREAS, the developer, at the developer's expense, has completed
said storm drain installation;
WHEREAS, the developer at the time of issuance of the building
permits, has or will receive fee credit from the drainage fees for the amount
as stipulated in said R~imbursementAgreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~O ~
HEREBY RESOLVE that said Reimbursement Agreement be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Reimbursement
A~reement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the city Clerk to
attest hereto and cause said Agreement to record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1993.
