A RESOLIH~ON OF %~HE CITY COUNCIL OF R'HE CITY OF RANCHO
AGR~ FOR THE UNDERG~OUND~ OF EXISTING OVERHEAD
UTILITIES LOCATED ON RlqE SOUTH SIDE OF ARROW ROUTE FRC~
WHITE OAKAVI~R/ETOFASTOFTHEAT&SF SPUR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for
its consideration a Reimbursement Agreement ~hni~'tted by Capellino and
Associates, as developer of Parcel Map 12959-1, for the undergrounding of the
existing overhead utilities on the south side of Arrow Route from White Oak
Avenue to East of the AT&SF Spur (URA-016); and
WHERFAS, the developer, at the developer's expense, ham cc~leted
said utility undergrounding; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the adjoining properties will share in the
expense of the utility undergrounding as stipulated in said Reimbursement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO C%3CAMONGA
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that said Reimbursement Agreement be and the same is
hereby approved and t_he Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Reimbursement
~3reement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to
attest hereto and cause said Agreement to record.
