A RESOLUTION OF ~ CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, R~.WASING A REAL PROPERIN
IMPRO~ CONTRACT AND LIEN AGP~ FROM RUSS~.L D.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, adopted
Resolution No. 84-259 accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
Agreement from Eleanor Kirst Carpenter and Marjorie Kirst Stroup; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
was recorded in official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on
November 6, 1984 as Document No. 84-267139; and
WHEREAS, the undergrounding of existing overhead electrical lines per
said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement has been completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
from Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map 8583 and that ~he City Clerk shall cause
Release of Lien to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1993.
