A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING,
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
FOR DRC2001-00437
WHEREAS, DRC2001-00437 submitted by Exxon Mobil Oil consisting of a service
station, convenience market and drive-thru car wash located on the northeast corner of Haven
Avenue and Town Center Drive was approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga on January 23, 2002 and is in compliance with the Local Ordinance No. 28 adopted
pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the
commercial site by the City Council of said City have now been met by entry into an Improvement
Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement Security by Exxon Mobil Oil.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA HEREBY RESOLVES, that said Improvement Agreement and said Improvement
Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest is hereby approved.
