A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA,CALIFORNIA,APPROVING A MASTER
PLAN TRANSPORTATION FACILITY REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL
AT THE INTERSECTION OF BASELINE ROAD AND ELENA WEST
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Master Plan Transportation Facility Reimbursement Agreement submitted by DPDG
Fund 111, LLC,the developer of Tract 16239,for the installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of
Base Line Road and Elena West; and
i
WHEREAS, the developer, at the developer's expense, has completed said traffic
signal improvements; and
WHEREAS,the developer request reimbursement for the portion of the traffic signal
improvements as entitled to per the conditions of his development by means of said Reimbursement
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that said reimbursement agreement be and same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said reimbursement agreement on
behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest hereto and cause said
agreement to record.
