A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CLVAMDNGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ~ROVEM~I~T AG~FFMENT,
~P~OVEM~TC SECURITIES AND MC~r,~4TltTION ~ DEPOSIT FOR
TRACT 13280 AND Rk~,FASING THE ~OUSLY A~
~ A~FFMm~T IMPRDV~T S~,~J3RITIES AND
~)NUM~ATION CASH DEPOSIT
WHEREAS, Tract No. 13280, located north of Base Line Road between
Milliken and Rochester Avenues was approved by City Council on January 18,
1989; and
WHEREAS, GPI No 38 as new developer has offered the Improvement
~3reement suhnitted herewith for approval and execution by said City, together
with good and sufficient Improvement Securities. Said Improvement Agreement,
Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit replaces Improvement
Agreement, Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit previously
accepted.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute same on behalf of said City
and the City Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and
That said Improvement Securities and Monumentation Cash Deposit
are accepted as good and sufficient, subject to approval as to
form and content thereof by the City Attorney; and
That the Improvement Agreement, Improvement Securities and
Monumentation cash Deposit prevously accepted at the City are
hereby released.
