A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF R/qE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY IMPRO~ CON'tRACT
PAUI.TNE DAVIS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CT.k~RK TO
SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuance; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, pavement, drive
approaches, sidewalk, street lights, street trees, storm drainage facilities,
and a parkway co~c~anity trail established as prerequisite to issuance of
building permit for a single family residence at 9400 Almond Street has been
met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by
Randolph Scot Davis and Sandra Pauline Davis.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CAT,TFORNIA HEREBY RESOLVES to accept said Real Property Improvement Contract
and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and
directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County, California.
