A RESOLUTION OF R'HE CITY ODUNClL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, R~r.VASING A REAL PROPERTY
SCOT DAVIS AND SANDRA PAULINE DAVIS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Resolution No. 92-285 accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien
~jreement from Randolph Scot Davis and Sandra Pauline Davis; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
was recorded in official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on
December 16, 1992 as Document No. 92-517386; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien A~jreement is no longer
required, because it is to be replaced by another.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVI~D that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract
and Lien Agreement from 9400 Almond Street (See attached Exhibit "A") and that
the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVI~D, and ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1993.
