A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CT~-~DNGA, CAT~FORNIA, ACCEPTING THE ON-SITE DRAINAGE
FACILITY ~MPROV~4~CS FOR DR 89-14 AND AUTHORIZING THE
FII.INGOF A NOTICEOFOC~P~ONFORTHEWORK
WHerEAS, the construction of the on-site drainage facility
improvements for DR 89-14 have been completed to the satisfaction of the city
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, ~IEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cc~pletion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPIeD this 7th day of April, 1993.
