A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY O0[~CIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~O
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC ~OV~4~NTS
FOR TRACT 12902 AND ~RIZII~G THE FU,/NG OF A NOTICE OF
~{~EAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12902 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City ~gineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, AP~, and ADOPlOD this 7th day of April, 1993.
