CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ~ AG~R~M~T
EXT~qSIONAND IMP~DV]~4~S~C%~ql~fY FOR PARCELMAP 11030 -
SPRUCE AV~FCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
for its consideration an ~t Agreement Extension executed on April 7,
1993, by Lewis Hc~es as developer, for the i~ of public right-of-w~y
adjacent to tb~ real property specifically d_~_~cribed therein, and generally
located on Spruce Avenue between Foothill Boulevard and Elm Avenue: and
WHerEAS, the installation of such i~provements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Parcel Map 11030 Spruce Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and accompanied
by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement AgreementExtension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
