A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY OOUNCI~ OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
FOR TRACT DR 88-25 AND A~RIZING THE F/L/NG OF A NOTICE
OF OSMPLETIC~ FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for DR 88-25 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, APPROVfD, and ADOPTfDthis 7thday of April, 1993.
