A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY O2~NCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~O
EXT~I~SION AND ~ S~CURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 10185
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed on April 7, 1993, by The William Lyon Ccml~any as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the southwest corner of Highland
Avenue and Milliken Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such /alorovements, described in said
I~proven~nt Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said ParcelMap 10185; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improv~nent Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improv~t Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 1993.
