A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANOK)
EXT~qSIONAND ~OV~TS~ITY FOR DR89-12
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, ba~ for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extension
executed onApril 7, 1993, by A.W. Davies as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on FeronBoulevardeast of HelmsAvenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement An3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said DR 89-12; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accc~ed by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement ~3reement Extension and said
Improv~t Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
