A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COL~CIL OF ~ CITY OF RANCHO
E~I~SION AND ~ S~LT~fY FOR TRACT 13750
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O,camc~ga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement Extensic~
executed on A~ril 7, 1993, by First City Properties/Metropolitan Development
as developer, for the i~provement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real
property specifically described therein, ar~ generally located on 24th Street
WHEREAS, the installation of such in~rovements, descr~ in said
cu~junction with the develqm~nt of said Tract 13750; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement E~tension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is i_dentified
in said Impr~t Agreement Extension.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
I~provement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~reement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
