A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COt~KIIL OF THE CITY OF RANCF~
EXT~qSION AND ~ SEf/~/TY FOR TR~T 13703
~EAS, the City COuncil of the City of Rancho
Califox~ia, ba.~ for its cc~sideration an Im~ ~nt Extensic~
executed on April 7, 1993, by Kajima Develo~_nt as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located at the west side of Haven Avenue,
north of Banyan Street; and
WH~RFAS, the installatio~ of such /a~=~r~s, described in said
Improvem~_nt Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be ___done_ in
conjunction with the develc~a~ent of said Tract 13703; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement A~3reement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement EWoension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are bmreby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPIeD this 7th day of April, 1993.
