EXT~SION AND IMP~0V~4~T S~CURITY F~R TRACT 13281
LANDSCAPE
WHEREAS, the City Council of th~ City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, ha~ for its consi_deration an ~ Agreement Extension
executed on April 7, 1993, by The William Lyon Co., as developer, for the
i~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the nc~th side of Base T,~r~e Road
between Rocb~ Avenue and Milliken Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
I/~p~o-w~ent Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13281 Tmn~cape; and
WHerEAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Im~rowm~nt Security, which is identified
in said I~ Agreement Extension.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said I~prow~ent A~reem~nt Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
