executed on April 7, 1993, by The William Lyon Ore,any as developer, for the
im~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the ncxThwest corner of Base T.'ine
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13280 !andscape; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Iaprovement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and tb~ Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Aqreement Extension on behalf of
tb~ city of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
