WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~monga,
California, has for its consideration an Im/~nma~nt Agreement Extensic~
executed on April 7, 1993, by The William Lyo~ ~o., as developer, for the
i~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the south side of Highland Avenue
bet~_.n Rochester Avenue and Milliken Avenue, and
WH~J~, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13279; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
insaid Improv~entAgreementExtension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and tb~ Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
