A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO

WHEREAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, ba~ for its consi_deration an Improvement Agreement by ATOD
Structures, Incorporate as developer, for the i~t of public right-of-
way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located at 10807 Jersey Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
C~t~,~,~ssion, CUP 92-19; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~HE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO ~GA,
HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney.

That existing Faithful Performance Bond, in the
amount of $351,078, for site improvements at 10807
Jersey Boulevard shall be released.

I, DEBRA J. ADAMS, CITY ~.k~K of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed, approved, and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California, at a
regular meeting of said City Council held on the 7th day of April, 1993.
