PARK LANE TO HIGHLAND AV51qUE AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND
SAFETY LIGHTING INS~CAT.TATION PRO3]DCW AT ~%{E INTERSECTION
OF HIGHLAND AND ]%OC~ESTER AVENUES, <XANTRACT NO. 92-034,
AND AUTHORIZING ~}{E F/TING OF A NOTICE OF C~MPLETION FOR
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Rochester Avenue
Street Improvements from Victoria Park Lane to Highland Avenue and Traffic
Signal and Safety Lighting Installation Project at the Intersection of
Highland and Rochester Avenues, Contract No. 92-034, have been completed to
the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work ccm-~lete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 1993.
