FOR 6809 ~R~IMAN AV~OE AND AUI~DRIZING 5~E FII.ING OF A
NOTICE OF OOMPLETION FOR ~HE W~RK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for 6809 Hellman
Avenue have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engine_r; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County R~corder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 1993.
