A RESOI/Ii~ON OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
FOR PARCEL MAP 11473 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A
NOTICE OFCC~PLETION FOR THEWORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for ParcelMap 11473
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorizedto sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 1993.
