A RESOLUTION OF ~HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALTFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC ]/~PROV~Mf~N~S
FOR TRACT 13063 AND AUTHORIZING THE FIT.TNG OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13063 have
been c~leted to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorizedto sign and file a Notice of Co~pletion with the County R~=corder of
San Bernardinocounty.
