A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A
REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT, SRA NO. 34, FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF MILLIKEN AVENUE AND BANYAN
STREET TRAFFIC SIGNAL, MILLIKEN MEDIAN AND STREET
IMPROVEMENTS ON WEST SIDE OF MILLIKEN AVENUE
NORTH OF BANYAN STREET, ASSOCIATED WITH THE
CONSTRUCTION OF LOS OSOS PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga has for its
consideration a Reimbursement Agreement for Master Plan Transportation Facility, submitted
by Chaffey Joint Union High School District, the District, for construction of Milliken Avenue and
Banyan Street Traffic Signal, Median and west side of Milliken Street improvements north of
Banyan Street, in conjunction with the construction of Los Osos Public High School; and
WHEREAS, the District, at the District's expense, has completed the
construction of Milliken Avenue and Banyan Street Traffic Signal, Median and west side of
Milliken Street improvements north of Banyan Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE that said Reimbursement Agreement is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Reimbursement Agreement on
behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest hereto and cause said
Agreement to record.
