A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA,CALIFORNIA,APPROVING TRACT MAP
NO. 16335, IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, IMPROVEMENT
SECURITIES AND MONUMENTATION CASH DEPOSIT
WHEREAS, Tentative Tract Map 16335, submitted by APHRCK, LLC, a Delaware
Limited Liability Company, and consisting of a subdivision of 9.0 acres of land into 1 lot and 3
lettered lots, located on the east side of East Avenue, north of the 1-15 Freeway, in the Medium
Residential District (8-14 Dwelling Units per acre) of the Etiwanda Specific Plan was approved by
the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga on December 11, 2002; and
WHEREAS,Tract Map No. 16335 is the final map of the division of land approved as
shown on the Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS,all the requirements established as prerequisite to approval of the final
map by the City Council of said City have now been met by posting the Improvement Securities and
Monumentation Cash Deposit by APHRCK, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, as
developer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, HEREBY RESOLVES,that said Improvement Agreement, Improvement Securities
and Monumentation Cash Deposit submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and that said Tract Map No. 16335 be and the same is hereby
approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorderto be filed for
record.
