A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 16189 AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OFA NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 16189 have
been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work is
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and the
City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 3`6 day of December 2003.
