A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(]~O
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC
FOR 10418 AND 10438 VIVI~DA STREET AND AUTHORIZING THE
FTLTNG OF A NOTICE OF ~ON FOR THE W~RK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for 10418 and 10438
Vivienda Street have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer;
WHEREAS, a Notice of Cc~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cc~lete.
NOW, ~/~EREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~¥pletion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASS~]D, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 1993.
