A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL
PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT
FROM ROY ULRICH AND THE CHARLES AND ANNA ULRICH
TRUST (FORMERLY TURNER AND JONES)
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted Resolution
No. 86-179, accepting a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement was
recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, California, on July 1, 1986, as Document
No. 86-173421 and a Subordination Agreement, Resolution No.87-334,recorded August4, 1987 as
Document No. 87-270112; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is no longer required.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement for
Parcel Map 9687 and that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
