A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE 19TH
STREET LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS ALONG THE SOUTH
SIDE PARKWAY EAST OF ARCHIBALD AVENUE TO
HERMOSA AVENUE, CONTRACT NO. 03-043 AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OFA NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the 19" Street Landscape Improvements Along the South Side
Parkway East of Archibald Avenue to Hermosa Avenue, Contract No. 03-043, have been
completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying the work
complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby
resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a
Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 17`" day of December 2003.
