A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
FOR PARCEL MAP 11852 AND AUTHORIZING THE FYI,TMG OF A
NOTICE OF~ONFORR~IEWORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for ParcelMap 11852
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, R~I~IE~ORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Cca~letion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
