A RESOLUI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ~ AGRk~qT
EXTENSIONAND IMPROXr~NT S~CURITY FOR TRACT 12895
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement A~3reement Extension
executed on March 3, 1993, by Rancho Citiland Development as developer, for
the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located at the west side of
Baker Avenue between Foothill Boulevard and Arrow Route; and
WHERFAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Ax~reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12895; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
