A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERtY
GRACIANO SANCHEZ AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ~,knRK
TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, adopted Ordinance No. 58 on F~ry 21, 1979, to establish
requirements for contruction of public improvements in conjunction with
building permit issuance; and
WHEREAS, the installation of pavement and concrete gutters
established as prerequisite to ism,mnce of building permit for a single family
residence at 8736 Center Avenue has been met by entry into a Real Property
Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Uriel Graciano Sanchez.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO ~,
CALIFORNIA HEREBY RESOLVES to accept said Real Property Improvement Contract
and Lien A~3reement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and
directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 1993.
