A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RAN(/40 ~, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPIqlNG THE PUBLIC ~ FOR HAV~ AV~qUE
REHABILITATION FROM FOURTH STREET TO CIVIC C~TER DRIVE,
C~NTRACT NO. 92-061, AND A~RIZING THE FI~.TNG OF A
NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE NORK.
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Haven Avenue
Reb~mbilitation from Fourth Street to Civic Center Drive, Contract No. 92-061,
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Ccmpletion is recruited to be filed, certifying
the work c~mplete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino county.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTSD this 17th day of February, 1993.
