A RESOI33TION OF ~HE CITY COUNCIL OF %}{E CITY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVt~4t~I~
FOR THE EAST G~k~B~AY CORRIDOR AND AUTHORIZING THE F/I.ING
OF A NOTICE OF f/RMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for the East
Greenway Corridor have been completed to the satisfaction of the City
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the city Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
San BernardinoCounty.
PASSED, APPROVt~D, and ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1993.
