A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY (IYJNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
FOR TRACT 13273 - M17 .T.TR~Iq AVt ~N-LTE P~DESTRIAN
UNDERCROSSING AND AUTHORIZING THE F~.TNG OF A NOTICE OF
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 13273 -
Milliken Avenue Pedestrian Undercrossing have been co,~leted to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~-~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of P~3ncho Cucamonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Con~letion with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1993.
