RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~OUNCIL OF THE C/TY OF RANCHO
~, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCELMAP14318
WHEREAS, Tentative ParcelMap 14318, sutmnittedbyPioneerBank, and
consisting of 3 parcels, located onthe southwest corner of BaseL~neRoadand
Hellman Avenue, being a division of 3.47 acres into 3 parcels was approved by
the Planning C~Lm~ssion of the City ofRanchoCucamonga on August 12, 1992.
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 14318 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map by the City Council of said City have now been met
by Pioneer Bank, as developer.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA,
CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES that said Parcel Map 14318 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to Oounty
Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTSD this 17th day of February, 1993.

February, 1993.
